This website, orkstra.ai, is operated by Orkstra, Inc. ("ORKSTRA", "we", "us"). ORKSTRA.ai is a logistics planning and execution platform for the food and beverage industry. What we collect

Information you send us. When you request a demo, start the free trial, or contact us, we ask for your name, work email, company, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us in the message field. Emailing us shares whatever your message contains.

Information that arrives automatically. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — used for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and tracking. This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If your browser already carries a cookie from HubSpot (our customer-relationship platform) because you have interacted with HubSpot-hosted content elsewhere, that identifier may accompany a form submission so your request can be matched to an existing record.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request: to schedule a demo, set up and run a free-trial benchmark, and follow up with you about ORKSTRA.ai. We use server logs to operate and protect the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making about you.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot, our customer-relationship platform, hosted in HubSpot's European Union data centers. Our website-hosting provider processes server logs. These providers handle data under their own contractual data-protection obligations and only to provide their services to us.

Trial and customer data

Order files and operational data your company shares during a free trial or a commercial engagement are governed by the non-disclosure and service agreements we sign with your company — not by this policy. This policy covers this website.

How long we keep it

We keep submitted information for as long as we need it for the purposes above — typically while your inquiry, trial, or relationship with us is active — and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@orkstra.ai and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, these rights may also be guaranteed by law (for example US state privacy laws, Canada's PIPEDA, or the EU/UK GDPR), and you may have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We honor reasonable requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
