Agreement to these terms

This website, orkstra.ai (the "Site"), is operated by Orkstra, Inc. ("ORKSTRA", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site presents information about ORKSTRA.ai, our logistics planning and execution platform for the food and beverage industry. The content is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but capabilities, features, and results described on the Site may evolve, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a promise of specific results for your operation.

Access to the platform is separate

These terms govern the website only. Use of the ORKSTRA.ai platform itself — including demos, free trials, and commercial deployments — is governed by the separate written agreements we sign with your company, such as a non-disclosure agreement and a service agreement. Nothing in these terms grants any right to access or use the platform.

Using the Site

Use the Site lawfully and normally. Do not:

• probe, breach, or test the security of the Site or the systems behind it;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or submitted data;
• misrepresent who you are in a form submission;
• interfere with the Site's availability or other visitors' use of it.

Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — the ORKSTRA.ai name and logo, text, graphics, screenshots, video, and design — belong to ORKSTRA or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site; no other license is granted, and our trademarks may not be used without our written permission.

Forms and communications

Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form or receiving a reply does not by itself create a commercial relationship between your company and ORKSTRA.

Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, our customer-relationship platform, which processes form submissions). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORKSTRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
